Little I knew that I messed up until when trying to reinstall El Capitan a message came up saying that I couldn't download it because the OS X isn't in the Appstore anymore. So after a little research I came to know that I can install it from a USB so proceeded to download a DMG from the apple page that is the installer of El Capitan.
